We have made some progress. We have reserved Huggo's for the after wedding reception. We planning on Kona Brewing Company for the rehearsal dinner but will not need to reserve that as early as it is not a holiday/weekend. We visited Moerlein Lager House today and have decided to use it for our Cincinnati party/reception in April/May '14. They have a private party hall that we both really liked.
Now lodging and airline tickets will be the next big thing to work on! For the lodging in Kona we are considering King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel among other options.
